Cost and types of sessions
Fees from £70 per session
Individual counselling starts at a basic rate of £70 per 50 minute session and couple counselling starts at £80 basic rate.
Counselling starts with an assessment session which is 30 minutes and is free and online. After that you choose face to face or online or a mixture of both.
At the assessment we will agree the nature of the support you need and the fee which ranges from £70-£100.
Help available
Core counselling supports issues with behaviours and ways of relating to others. I use systemic, psychodynamic and person centred modalities to help you understand what is going on for you.
In addition to this I offer support working through an affair, parenting differences, grief and separation counselling.

Talking things out in a safe, confidential space is something many benefit from. Others want support to change and seek interventions.
Getting a new perspective can lead to personal growth and lasting change.
Change does not come easily to many and sometimes it is actively avoided or resisted, we work at your pace together to look at what feels safe.
